Mount Kosciuszko: Climb the tallest peak in the Australian Alps

What to Expect

Mount Kosciuszko (7,310 ft / 2,228 m) is the highest point in Australia and one of the Seven Summits. Unlike other peaks on the list, the challenge here is not technical or high-altitude—it’s logistical. This experience is designed to remove that friction entirely. Rather than a standalone hike, this is a streamlined, fully coordinated summit experience that combines the Australian Alps with time in Sydney—executed efficiently, without the need to plan, navigate, or manage moving parts in a new country.

❋ Summit Australia’s Highest Peak

Reach the highest point on the continent as part of the Seven Summits, with a streamlined and efficient summit day.

❋ Lift-Assisted Ascent

Lift access reduces total elevation gain, allowing for a more efficient route to the summit while still completing the full objective.

❋ Fully Coordinated Logistics

All transportation from Sydney to Jindabyne, mountain access, and return are handled. No routing, driving, or planning required.

❋ Built-In Weather Day

A dedicated buffer day increases summit success probability and allows flexibility in changing conditions.

❋ Alpine Base in Jindabyne

Stay in Jindabyne for direct access to the mountain, allowing flexibility around weather and optimal summit timing.

❋ Optional Sydney Upgrade

Enhance your trip with a stay at Taronga Zoo Retreat—an elevated Sydney experience with harbor views, wildlife access, and curated programming.
