STILLNESS AND SOUND FOR THE MOUNTAIN BODY
Mountain Wellness
A personalized recovery experience combining mindful mobility, deep stretch, and harmonic sound therapy to keep your body resilient and balanced through every season.
Benefits of Yoga & Sound Healing
Science-backed recovery to help mountain athletes move better, recover faster, and perform stronger.
Build Mental Focus & Resilience
Slow, intentional practice enhances body awareness and mental clarity, reducing stress and improving performance under pressure.
Shifting brain waves into theta promotes neuroplasticity and lowers anxiety, both vital for high stakes decision making.
Prevent Overuse Injuries
Gentle, targeted movements strengthen stabilizing muscles and improve balance, lowering risk of strain, tendonitis, and joint pain.
Frequencies have been shown to reduce perception of chronic pain and support tissue regeneration (helpful for overuse injuries).
Accelerate Recovery
Restorative poses activate the parasympathetic nervous system, improving circulation and helping muscles repair faster after high-output days.
Chronic over-activation of the sympathetic system disrupts sleep and recover; sound healing restores balance for deeper rest.
Vibrational waves stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, clearing lactic acid and inflammation better
Improve Breath & Oxygen Efficiency
Breathwork increases lung capacity and oxygen delivery — especially beneficial for athletes training and recovering at altitude.
Deep states of relaxation reduce hear rate & respiratory demand, helping the body use the available oxygen more effectively at altitude.
Enhance Mobility & Flexibility
Mindful stretching restores range of motion and joint stability, reducing stiffness from skiing, climbing, and long runs.

About Nicole
Nicole came to sound healing the same way she came to the mountains — through challenge, curiosity, and the search for resilience. After years of pushing her body at altitude, she discovered how much recovery matters, not just for performance but for long-term health. That led her to train at the foot of the Himalayas and the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, India, where she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and sound healing certification with the use of handmade Tibetan singing bowls.
Today, she combines her background as a mountaineer with the science of vibration to help athletes, adventurers, and wellness seekers restore balance. Her sessions aren’t just about relaxation — they’re about shifting brain waves, lowering stress hormones, improving circulation, and supporting muscle recovery. Whether it’s a quick reset after a ski day or a full sound bath for deep restoration, she brings the same dedication to healing that she brings to the world’s highest peaks.
